Let me start at the beginning. Each month, I choose a monthly word to guide my personal and professional life. And each day, I do one little thing to breathe my word into existence.
Based on my one-word journey, I’ve learned that small daily actions go a long way in changing the way I live my life and I'm dedicated to bringing the One Little Thing movement to others, especially those that spend their time supporting others (that's you!).
Research shows that it takes 21-days to build a new habit, so I've strategically designed 21-days Coaching Challenges to boost (and even reimagine!) your coaching life. The challenges are short, but sweet. Each morning, I’ll send an email directly to your Inbox inviting you to take part in the day’s challenge. I’ll often link to blog posts, videos and other resources to support your efforts and encourage you to celebrate your efforts on social media so I can support your journey there, too.
