A Unique Healing Journey
Join me for the ultimate wellness experience in this restorative yoga series. These weekly sessions include a brief reading, gentle yoga practice, and an opportunity to explore writing as a catalyst for promoting wellness as a caregiver and support your loved one through their journey to eating disorder recovery. You and your loved one both deserve it.
How does it work?
This 5-series session is completely FREE and is my way of helping others during the often challenging holiday season with an eating disorder.
We'll meet on Tuesday nights starting on November 19th from 7 - 8pm EST on Zoom. Here's what we'll practice:
- Opening welcome and discussion of the weekly theme
- Opening meditation to ground ourselves in the present moment
- Short reading of a passage or poem to spark reflection, inspire or reflect
- Gentle yoga practice embracing the theme
- Invitations to write and journal around the theme with a particular prompt designed to support caregiving
- Closing meditation and affirmations
You only need to register once for the entire 5-session series. If you can make it live, wonderful! If you need to miss a day, no worries. This is here for you if and when you need it.
Each Tuesday morning, you'll receive an email with the weekly zoom link to join the session.
